UCLouvainBiography
I have two main research interests:
- Discrete Combinatorial Optimization. Typical applications we are working on are planning, scheduling, Resource Allocation. We build our own Constraint Programming Solver: http://www.oscarlib.org
- Data-Mining et Machine Learning. Typical applications we are working on are Migration Analysis (on geo-localized and temporal data), graph mining, sequence mining. We also develop our own algorithms allowing to discover interesting patterns in various data.
We give AI courses at UCLouvain and do research in AI on various aspects. Some are applicative and in collaboration with companies, some are more fundamental research to develop new techniques or approaches. My research team is currently composed of 7 PhD students and two postdocs.
